Yes, we provide free estimates for all services. There are no hidden charges but if the situation changes which require additional charges, we will notify you before proceeding. 

We only clear out unoccupied residences. 

We carefully evaluate all requests.  If there are concerns around our safety (bio, rodent, mold, etc.) we reserve the right to decline the request. We can help with the remediation of these issues if requested. 

We do the actual removal of belongings. All interior rooms will be cleared from floor to ceiling. We can assist in locating cleaning and repair services after our work is completed. Appliance removal and disposal (washer, dryer, freezer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) is an extra charge.    

The complexity and time required to remove the content removal of multi-floor residences requires us to charge extra. This will be discussed at the walked through and reflected in the estimate.  

The estimate will reflect all work to be done.    

No.  If bio-waste is encountered, we call a local Tulsa company who specialize in its removal to handle that portion.    

Items removed will be separated and disposed of by type. Metals will be scrapped, items in good condition will be either sold or donated, hazardous items will be disposed of according to law. We can set items aside that you want to keep but if this gets excessive and time consuming, there will be a charge involved.    

If something obvious is identified, we will set it aside for your review. 

Hoarding is a serious situation and took a while to get to this point. Clearing the content sometimes can take weeks.
